seriously though... the French are a nice bunch of people and they have had bad publicitiy because their army is not very good... there's a reason for that... French citizens have to (or used to have to) spend a year or two in the military... consequently the majority of French soldiers are/were a form of conscripts.

Hey... Amercian's have been publicised to be asses... and yet I find them quite amicable... I wouldn't spend so much time in the states if I didn't!

Yes, but the only thing is that Bush consistantly makes stupid statements. Wouldn't you agree that the way people talk is a good insight into who they are and to how intelligent they are?

I know he's not an idiot but I mean, come on, it's an exaggeration. Everybody exaggerates, people are taking the term 'idiot' much too literally. Probably because the are Republicans themselves and are therefore deffensive.

My only point is that Bush is not an intellectual, nor is he articulate. I would rate his intelligence as bellow-average. Just my opinion.

it really is sad how he speaks though. if you're the president, i think you would've had enough speech classes to practice. i mean, presidents are expected to give speeches on a regular basis. if you stutter alot, then there is absolutely no excuse. i'd rate his intelligence as maybe a little above-average. below-average would be like a high school dropout. bush knows some of his stuff, but he's a terrible speaker and cant even pronounce complicated words.

Here is what sticks out to me as happening with this country since Bush took office.

1. IT industry has collapsed, NASDAQ has been crippled since Clinton left office.
2. We have been hit by terrorists unlike ever before, in which we still cannot find the masterminds behind it.
3. The economy sure as hell hasn't gotten any better since Bush took office.
4. The brink of a nuclear war with North Korea.
5. Iraq war over supposed WMD that ended up not existing, yet he was SOOO adament and sure that they did exist.
6. Accusations that Saddam Hussein was in bed with Osama Bin Laden, in which they still have not shown any proof of it.

I guess the ONE thing I can say he's got going for him is he hasn't puked on any Prime Ministers like his old man. Also seems like the worlds opinion of the US is much worse with Bush in office then anyone else. He's a cowboy warmonger, nothing more. I just don't see any positive happenings since he took office. Just for the record, I am neither republican or democrat, I don't follow or believe in one parties lines, thats just stupid to me. I wonder how many more wars he'll get us involved in if he's elected to another term?

1 - i suppose a record national defecit is all because of these few adversities, whihc no president before has ever seen the likes of before

2 - so are intelligence reports...o yea, have to read them 1st

3 - let's see someone prove he cooked these books...and economic line graphs tend not to be biased by these 'books', by the way

4 - diplomacy != war. Hitler used similar 'diplomatic' methods with poland

5 - the US has more WMDs then any other nation to ever grace the globe...who the hell elected us king? Also - to say he has them and not be able to find them looks even mroe incompetant then just admitting you are wrong...so I dunno what the hell Bush is doing

6 - for someone who calls michael moore a propoganda artist, you sure do jump to conclusions based on hazy evidence rather quickly

7 - "I am a wartime president" who owns a ranch in texas and wear boots, jeans, and the hat

8 - Kerry is an option, and i think if all the narrow minded nutjobs who can't possibly see themselves dealing with a democratic president leave when he's elected, the country will be a better place.

Actually, he does. Going to war usually boosts the economy, and the Pres. made that decision.

So thats the best comeback you can make for me calling him a cowboy warmonger? I'm a fucking retard? I guess I shouldn't expect much more from someone that has cowboy in their name with a cowboy in their signature.

Result to a petty insult because YOU KNOW IT'S TRUE! Notice me not insulting you.....now quit stooping so low...

Go rustle some cows neon......

Quote from Full Metal Jacket:
Drill Sergent: "PRIVATE SNOWBALL WHERE ARE YOU FROM"
Private snowball: "TEXAS SIR!"
Drill Sergent: "TEXAS!?!? ONLY STEERS AND QUEERS COME FROM TEXAS"

Note I'm not calling you a name(petty), just quoting a great movie. Allright, now you can make your great comeback with another retard comment.

Ignorance of what? What YOU believe is right? What YOU believe is the correct political belief? What you want me to believe in politics.

Ignorance is standing on one side of the fence and seeing everything through a peephole. Who could care less about anything BUT what YOU believe.

Keep throwing the names out, if thats all you have to say to me I feel bad for you.

I didn't have anything against Bush sr., Bush jr. on the other hand is a discrace and an embarassment to the united states. The world hates us because of people like him. YOU TELL ME what other presidents of the US the rest of the world viewed with such distain and hatred.

When I think of bush I imagine a picture of a white haired guy wearing a cowboy boots with his stirrups, lasso in hand riding a missile.

Last time I dealt with so much name calling was in 6th grade......grow the fuck up already.

Maybe someday you'll change the world with your views....*giggles* /end sarcasm

excuse me....you were 'name calling' to neon, and i responded, because like you said, it is childish. you were doing it first my friend.

second, to think that bush destroyed the economy is perposterous...and your excellent nasdaq info about the it industry....god. the it industry isnt the only one looking bad. the whole economy was doing bad, the nasdaq below 2k and the nyse below 10k. now it's getting better.

5. Iraq war over supposed WMD that ended up not existing, yet he was SOOO adament and sure that they did exist.
6. Accusations that Saddam Hussein was in bed with Osama Bin Laden, in which they still have not shown any proof of it.
i would have to disagree with #3 and #6 (LOL). if you have been looking closely at the economy (not just what you see on the news), the economy did in fact recover after 9/11 and it's been one of the largest economic comebacks since reagan. i disagree with #1 too. i think bush has more to think about than the IT industry. the REAL issues are rising healthcare costs, outsourcing of our jobs overseas, and the halt on stem cell research. rising healthcare costs are forcing doctors to quit their jobs and health insurance premiums are at an all time high. hospitals right now will not operate on a person who just got in a severe car accident until they know their insurance will be able to pay for it. then, outsourcing is costing us tax dollars to build our facilities overseas. we take jobs away from our country and give them to someone who's not even qualified. it's suppose to exploit the fact that foreign workers will work for less, but we waste more tax dollars keeping the businesses running than to employ the workers. i know bush is a strong christian man, but he seems not to care about our elderly and the people suffering in hospitals because of insufficient funding on stem cell research. iyou are using human embryo's that aren't even fetuses yet, so how can it be "murder"? if we don't have funding for stem cell, how are we ever going to find a cure for altzheimers or even a bigger issue - diabetes? these factors aren't even affecting me, but they are definitely affecting others. bush is focusing more on the war than at home. why are we focusing on gay marriage and the right to abortion when we need to worry about what's really important.

voting for bush means you support the fact that our president is now looked down upon by our neighboring countries, the fact that 50 soldiers die every week for a questionable cause, and the fact that there are more terrorist activity now than ever. how long is this change in government taking? more than likely, it will take at least 5-10 years, maybe longer. in case anyone didnt know, saddam hussein was never found guilty for being responsible for the 9/11 attacks or working with osama bin laden - no evidence whatsoever. the only thing we have on him are from the gulf war days when he tortured his people and killed traitors in his administration.

saddam hussein was never questionable for being responsible for 9/11. that was never brought up. we should have taken him out 10 years ago...the man is insane, and the world is a safer place with him gone.
