i admit STEAM sucks and requireing a Internet connection sucks
and the disk being securom protected and Cdkey required and also limited to one PC system at a time and to top it off DVDROM becuse of this cant make a 1/1 backup to save scratches and ++++++ cant play the game with out the DVD in the Drive...

ok now that all that has been said this is the best FPS in the world so far

but VALVE or VIVINDI better screw there heads on becuse this is annoying a lot of people you buy a game you should then be able to play it with out all this copy protection bull shit.

And the validation thing- if you don't have internet access in America...in 2004...you're either homeless, poor, or lying. If you're a student, then you shouldn't be using college internet for non-school related tasks...right? But, I doubt you're a student.

if you live in the USA, you should know that wallmart has around 470 terrabytes of data on all the people who have ever bought anything from them. 470 TB is around double the amount of things on the internet.

So, you dont get spy'ed on when you use steam, you get spyed on when you buy things from wallmart.

half life 2 sucks!! ! i bought this fxxxxx game bout 2 months ago ,i upgrade my system memory ,my video card , motherboard and the game still jumps like fxxx.what really piss me off is to know that the recomended system config is way below mine.after 1000 years developing the game valve should release something better .

You just have to log out of your steam account off the computer you first installed it on.

Leaving it logged in on some computer you don't use/own is like leaving a computer permanantly logged into your e-mail and/or putting a post-it note on it that has all your passwords and usernames and then selling this computer to a complete stranger.
