Train Crash

A couple of days ago a man decided that he wanted to kill himself by parking his SUV on train tracks and being hit by a train. But at the last second he decided not to go through with it and he jumped out. The train still crashed into it and derailed, crashing into another train. The man is now up for 11 counts of murder and might get the death penalty (which he probably wants). This is so fucked up I can't even begin to explain why. 11 innocent6 people were klilled and hundreds of people were injured because some asshole decides to kill himself, pussies out, and leaves his car on the tracks. This guy should be tortured for days or weeks before he is taken care of in my opinion. What do all oof you think about this?

I hope this guy gets life at sing sing. He doesnt deserve to get the death penalty becuase that was his goal. They need to keep this bastard alive as long as possible, but make sure that he goes through the rest of his life as scared and as tortured as everyone of the families are. I get really pissed when I see something that makes me loose my hope for humanity. This asshole did it.

The thing that I don't get is, why couldn't he just move the damn car? He would of spared hundreds of people's live(counting the victom's loved ones). It just pisses me off to see peope die for no good reason. the best part is, he's probably an illegal immigrant.

The REAL issue is that he killed eleven people. The jackass was too dumb to kill himself, so he killed others. makes me sick.

This is the time when we need life without parole. I mean...if he was suicidal, how is death a penalty? If you were trying to kill yourself, then a humane way (which is only way state can execute you) of death is what he wants.

Now if there were mabye less humane, alright then. But what would be worse than living the rest of your life in a cell, without chance of parole, if you were trying to kill yourself.

That guy should be skinned alive, and then left to bleed to death. That's the only punishment I think that he deserves. Giving him life will simply be commending hiim on a job well done!!!
