Which is more ignorant, believing since racism doesn't exist in the whitehouse, it therefore doesn't exist on any other levels of the government, or believing that the whitehouse controls the FBI and CIA? Maybe believing that the whitehouse controls individual states is the most ignorant. Or, what about believing that state governors and city mayors control what their police do?

By your statement, either one of these would have to be true, yet none are.
