Looks like I'll be waiting a WEEK to get thing done threw fedex, then hgow ever long through new egg

FUCK THIS: I orderd another card retail box.... I let newegg know that I wanted a refund on the old card when the fedex shit goes thew in the reponce to the email they sent me for more info.... yes i'll be carged a restocking fee ... But at least while thier still but fucking with the damaged card i'll already have my new one....

I mean fuck, 179 - 15%, like $152 will be refunded
they got a card 159 shipped right now... so I lose 8 bucks

so it's $8 or wait two fucking weeks

isn't so sair to me but I want this bullshit settled and over with so I can consetrate
on other more important things and relax

Yeah you did the "right thing", but not the best thing for your own best interest. If it happens again tho, I would just call NewEgg and they are usually very good about that kind of thing.. Any products I wasn't happy with they would pay for the shipping back and the shipping back out to me.. It hasn't happened in a long time though.

159 shipped / free shipping plus the retail box came with a couple games n shit

see if i choose refund like I did it'll be 15% restock on $179, they shouldn't but they could charge me that. I could of chose replace but i'm not waiting for fedex and newegg to get thier shit stright. and I've already orderd the $159 version becouse i'm not waiting for ever

When I have too but I don't like setting on the phone. I got an responce email from fedex claims saying to call them if I want to get the status . Still nothing fom newegg.

All I'm wanting is to besure I get my money back Or the status on my claim were i've herd nothing and that leaves me only to worry..

by the look of the heatsink it has to be a radeon 9600xt,9700 pro or 9800pro ,but theres no way that it can be a 9800xt or higher.
