I have been out of work several times, things can be tough and our economy is not to blame nor is the president or anyone else, we have created a subculture of people that cannot exist any other way except to feed off of taxpayers...it sucks..

I myself am currently leeching off my two parents as well (and I thank God that I still have both of them, not everyone is that lucky), but I got a hell of a long road ahead of me before I can even think about getting a job.

But then again, I sometimes think that miliking food and various other valuable goods off your parents isn't a crime (except if you're rather old and stuff and are well able bodied enough to go and find work but just park your butt before the T.V. as if you've got a terminal injury anyway), coz they sucked stuff off their parents, and their parents before them did the same and their parents and their parents and so on and so on until you've got a chain of dudes/dudettes that have been leeching off their respective parents for centuries.

So as soon as I am able to get out of the house, I shall, but right now, I'll just sit back and enjoy my dad's money, after all, I am his son and he is my father, he had a responsibility added to his tab when he had me, and it would be wrong for him to shake it off, and that goes for any other dad out there as well.

BTW, G/L PJ on finding a job, I know it's tough out there, but you're a talented guy, you'll find one.

(question is, have you got the edge over the rest of your competitors, aka, can you programme in brain f***!?

Hey,I'm not talking about folks that cant find work.I'm talking about folks that can work but wont because there too lazy to work and sit back and collect wellfare for doing NOTHING.I was in the supermarket the other day buying some BURGER for supper and the lady in front of me had 4 RIBEYE'S about an inch and a half thick and pulled out her food stamp card to pay for them!About $40.00 worth of meat.It aint right!!And the more babies you drop the more wellfare you get.I will tell you who's to blame for alot of it.and I know I will catch some hell for saying this.LBJ{Linden Baynes Johnson}The WORST President this countrys had in the past 100 years.He started most of this crap we have now days.Him and his"Great Society".And then the way he ran the VietNam war that that piece of crap JFK got us into.But thats another subject all togther...................

When I first had my daughter, i was a full time student, we (my wife and I) got a little help, basically in the form of free baby formula and cheaper (not free) rent. For a while (a few months) we actually did get some food stamps too. We were the case that was working to get out of it, and we did and are now doing very well (and yes, paying back what we took out). The problem is the system is set up to punish those that try to better themselfs. Some may not agree, but trust me I know first hand. The second I got a good job, I received a court summons. The county was taking me to court for child support (which is funny because I raise my children with my wife, though we were not married at the time my daughter was born). I even got a nice scolding from a social worker because I worked (fraud!, fraud! fraud!! she screamed) She was actually pissed that I worked, she trashed a judge that was helping me out, and was eventually fired (haha). Anyway, VERY long story short, the second we got off of all support and bought a house, they were there, making me feel like a criminal because I actually raise my children and am bettering myself. It is fucking rediculous, the system perpetuates itself. It does not give incentive to get off it, and that is why you have these people that don't. I was lucky to be just down on my luck, and cash, but knew we had to do better. That is something many people don't have, and the system supports those people forever.

ps. there really is a lot to the story, pretty interesting, but very long, so I'll spare you.
