driverheaven e-mails?

Ok i signed up for this forum and I don't mind spending some time here and reading but I tell you what I don't friggin like and that all the friggin e-mails they are sending out.
I got 3 of the same e-mail from the site today!!
I don't like getting spam e-mail.
My question is how can I unsubscribe to this forum?
So the e-mails stop!

today was a server issue which has been sorted out, I have already apologised with a sticky thread in the feedback section ... I understand you are pissed, and I am pissed myself cause I fucking got them

I hate spam mail..

so lets flame the server or me, or both, thats cool
