What makes affirmative action bullshit is that it says you must be colorblind when screening applicants to your school, business, ice cream party, etc and then essentially punishes for not discriminating (using neon_cowboys post as an example). If we're colorblind then we shouldn't be able to see that we hired too many hispanic employees should we? Basically it makes it ok to be a racist as long as you do it the state's way. And it gives white guys a chance to cry "discrimination" for a change.

To me it doesnt really seem to be as harmful as organized religion or horrifyingly biased television news channels tho so i think I'm ok with it. could just be that i'm an incredibly self centered white guy tho

And in keeping with the thread topic: michael jackson is a creepy fuck guilty or not. The trial just dragged his washed up ass back out into the spotlight for more ridicule. it's his own fault that, to most people, instead of being remembered as the king of pop he'll be remembered as a horribly disfigured pederast that had some hits in the 80s.

I've been to mc donalds locations where 100% of the empolyes where either
backs or hispanc

. That I should add at the lunch time rush most people eating
there was white, and it's a communitry where there are more whites then blacks.

To all my travel across the US I've have never seen a location loaded with asians!
With the exception of chinese restraunts....

Also in the work place
if I were to say somthing instauing to a white guy, it not nice

if I were to say somthing (the same exact same thing) instauing to a black guy,
its a fireable offence and considerd possably raceist
(even though it has absoultly nothing to do with race)
