My little sister sometimes includes 'lol' in her messages. I'm on my 6th mobile in 4 months.

But seriously, having a 5 year old, I have a vested interest, there's a whole generation growing up who can 'text talk' all goddamn day, but can't type properly!

I have 13 nieces and nephews (I know!), most of whom have mobiles that they use regularly, but sit them in front of a computer to write an essay or something and they're all elbows.
