On a side note- to harass me about my attitude is a very offensive and inappropriate way to treat me as I am the customer and I have done everything that I was supposed to do under e-bays policies which we have both agreed to endorse and abide by. I paid you and e-mailed you all relevant documentation; I have waited three weeks and haven’t heard a peep. It should be understandable that I am somewhat apprehensive about things at this point. Please don’t tell me I have ruined your day…if something as trivial as this which is also so easy to make right (by just shipping my item) can ruin actually ruin your day I don’t know what to say to you. As long as you run an honest operation you have nothing to worry about.

Regardless, the bottom line is that I am simply asking you to correct the mistake and ship the poster to the provided address as soon as is possible. Please email me a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number as well.

I am not going to read this, the sad thing is we did everything we were supposed to do as well and you are faulting me for UPS's mistake. I simply will not read this long winded letter, I will pass it to the shipping dept. (You could have reversed the charges by the way) and I will then file a complaint with ebay because I am trying to help and you are being a horrible jerk. My guess is that is not the first time you have heard that.
