So I started F@H today. The client displays an estimated time of 3d 2h 51m for this one WU. (using a Pentium III 933MHz)

How long does it take a more modern processor to complete one work unit? And where do I find my ppd?
I don't really like how much it hogs my cpu though. I have it configured to "lowest possible resources" and allowed only 75% of the processor, but the client plus firefox causes very noticeable system lag.
