MGS3 Subsistence SE not in Canada?

I went to a local EB, they told me the special edition for MGS3 Subsistence isn't coming to Canada. the last 2 discs are what I really want: to watch it like a movie and the making of the series. is there any way i can possibly order the SE version and get it into canada? im runing out of time only a week or 2 left!

it can't be that bad! I've heard it's fairly good. And honestly, I can't hardly wait for MGS4, so MGS3 will do for now.

Pre-ordered from EB Games. I saw the Metal Gear Saga DVDs in their showcase behind them. They said I'll get it once I picked up the game upon release.

P.S - MGS2 for PC was fine as long as you had a PS2 controller and the NVIDIA fixed .exe to run the game 98% properly (there were some graphical glitches still).

I even recently played MGS: Integral via PC.

i meant MGS2 Substance for PC lol. mgs3 was probably the best of the 3 in terms of gameplay. i praise it and probably the most epic gaming experience i've ever had. i just hope they never let konami release another PC port of a crazy game like that, i got it to run 98% fine with 5.1 sound.

They're going to give it to me when I pick up the game sometime around the 14th of March

. It's available just like in the USA when you pre-order MGS3: Subsistence. I saw it with my own two eyes: Metal Gear Saga Vol. 1 right in the showcase behind them. It's also in a nice case too. Apparently the game is only $39.99 CAD. What a steal!

Well, a revelation occurred. I may not be getting the Limited Edition of MGS3. I will get the pre-order bonus Metal Gear Saga, but I may not be getting the Limited Edition which contains the 3rd disc of the entire MGS3 game in cinematic form (Not a huge deal since I'm only interested in the Saga DVD). I will verify tomorrow evening after work. Grr..

Update: Just called EB. "The limited edition is not carried in any Canadian store"

Bummer. Oh well. I don't get to watch MGS3...

People may have not enjoyed it due to the lack of Snake? Or too much Rose? A bit of both?

I liked it. It was good.

no i liked mgs2 best of all probably, even if raiden was there. the fights were sick and very good gameplay. but the PC port was buggy
