Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Demo

I'm presently downloading the demo from MegaGames. (Fastest server I could locate without paying a subscription.

)

Has anyone else checked it out yet? I have no idea whether it's a good one or not.

Its an ok game, too easy because its just strategy

I don't like the way the cursor crawls across the ground and gets hung up over, in, and around so many things just trying to spot your men to a location.

Give me a 'floating' cursor that you can place exactly where you want it in less than 2 seconds and I might be happier with the game.

As it is, it gets a Thumbs Down from me. I just don't have the patience for this kind of control system.

Its like they could not make up their mind between an RTS and a 3rd person shooter, so they took the worst parts of both.

Agreed!

This is especially more apparent after showing my younger son what F.E.A.R. is like. LOL! Between the two of us taking turns we nearly played through F.E.A.R. again tonight. Then I went back to this demo and it just is too cumbersome.
