This seems similar to the one Alienware just announced. Nice. I'll have to see about getting one.
Think I'm kidding? |

"a bit of time" is an understatement, That will take a long time... But i guess its still better than alienware prices. I customized an alienware laptop (which was non SLI) and i got it up to approx 8,000$ CDN!!!
Now that would take a while! |

Oh no, what I meant was it'll take a bit of time for me to come up with something... a good lieerr um... "excuse" to get a client to buy one. Something like we need one for testing purposes, or a new video/photo editing machine maybe... hmm...
<taptaptapthinkthinkthink> what to do, what to do.... don't you find it hard to think of a good scheme when your sick? Oh... we need to buy 2 of them. One for meerr.. the office... yeah, and one for the client. That way if there are any problems I can jump right on myyyyerrour laptop to figure it out.... yeah... now.. who's the client? Hm... ahh.. UofT... no.. they just bought my last one... maybe the dentist? scratch that... cheap bastich... hmm...the CAD guys?.. yeah, yeah, they'll do.... |

If the 1999 pounds are Canadian, I'm getting this conversion to US Dollars:
1,999.00 CADCanada Dollars =1,729.86 USDUnited States Dollars (I'm using this site for the conversion tables: http://www.hausheidi.com/currency.htm ) |

Unfortunately, $1999 GPB = $3500 USD = $4000 CAN.. not including VAT (which would jack it up to $4700 CAN). Oh, and nice catch there, Green D. Both companies are buying the laptop from the same manufacturer anyways (since Sagers main supplier is usually Clevo, it's a good bet that this is from them), so it's good to see that I can get it a little cheaper, and from someone a little closer. I might be able to get the unbranded model right from Clevo even cheaper.
