Please Help, Problem with catalyst 6.2

Hi, First sorry about my english i speak a little
Well my problem is that with modded drivers catalyst 6.2 i cant put the mode mantain aspect ratio with black bars, before these drivers i have installed the 5.3 and it has the option, but now it only lets me to mantain aspect ratio centering the image in the screen, i have a laptop a dell inspiron 8600 with a radeon 9600.
