This is for the PC version and I don't know for sure about the XBOX 360 as yet.

That's how the AD is worded. It simply means they will have it no later than 4 PM.

thats probably for the CE edition and usually these sales are only at the stores themselves.

that sucks we dont have one around here I'd have to drive a hour and it'd cost
