Continuing with the DOOM III question. The scene in the bathroom made me drop my mouse. I had to pick it up (since it's a cordless...). I also think subtitles are a requirement. Not just for the hearing impaired, but for people from non-English countries. Listening to dialogue and reading it can make a big difference.
