anyone got Farcry instincts predator yet?

me too..

i can't play a fps game in a console. its just too hard for me to control the character in a gamepad. btw, why haven't they made a pc expansion of farcry? that could have been great...

I've asked that same question a thousand times. What's up with these guys, anyway? It was the PC version that put them on the map. GRRRR!

If they don't let you hook up a mouse on the 360 to play FPS games, that is just plain retarded.

I love FarCry (PC) and bought an XBox when FC:I came out. Yesterday I picked up an XBox360 and FC:IP and will try it out after work. The joypad
issue is the same with me, doesn't beat a KB/Mouse, but I got better at FPSs with a controller. In fact I would say that the joypad ruined my full enjoyment
of FC:I. I would have wipped the floor with the enemy alot easier with a kb/mouse, but whatever.
I don't have a HD display, maybe soon, so won't be able to see the full res.
I will pick up the VGA cables and try it on my monitor or on my brothers monitor, Samsung 244T

At least the sound is covered by my HT receiver and 5.1 speakers.

I just bought that game a couple of days ago, very good game. It's getting kinda hard I'd say. I do agree the kb/mouse is better than the controler. Have you tried to play it on Xbox live. I think the ranked play isn't avail yet cause it wouldn't find any games for me in ranked quick play.Hmmmm oh and as for the HD graphics of that game, you have no idea what your missing, wish I could show you some how...Well if you live in North Carolina USA then you can...:^)

Yeah ive a 37 inch Dell HDTV 1280, graphics are very nice. I still prefer the PC version of farcry v1.2 at 1920x1200 though, with SM3. looks crisper. but certainly compared to a standard PC it is visually impressive.

well i eventually beat the last boss, thinking it was over, but it unlocks a whole new series of missions in another game selectable via the main menu.

Very impressed, excellent value for money so far.
