i'm stuck in sof2

well i'm in the mission 8 in Switzerland: Airplane.and i'm in the cockpit. i have to move that red stick,but in my case i can't or i don't know how.i've been pressing the USE key on and on,but that stick won't move,so how do i move it,please help
