I have Splinter Cell for XBOX. It is dynomite!

Amazing game hands down. It's a little short, but so was Max Payne.

How do i get out of the courtyard with the fountain in it??
Its doing me head in!!
Theres a little guy on the first floor of a building, looking down on the courtyard...
...i just cant find a way out of it

Its not really that far into the game

Its after you shoot the two cops who radio in about the drunk sitting on the chair

Any help much appreciated

PS: Im probably not correct in shooting the two cops, but i had no other option.
I tried distracting them and hiding under the stairway, but when i came up they where all over me!!!
SO I SHOT THEM

I also SHOT the drunk guy in the chair

I know i shouldnt have done that, the boss man told me off
