Best Video Game Mag?

So do you have any reccomendations on a video game magazine? I'm currently subscribed to Game Informer which seems to do a pretty good job in the news, reviews, previews department. Anyone else think they have a better subscription worth checking out?

PC Gamer used to be great. Now it's like 80% adds!!

I cancled my subscription to it.

If you have an Xbox get OXM (Official Xbox Magazine). Comes with a demo disk every month

PC mags...

Hey All,

If you haven't read PC FORMAT then me thinks you're missing out.
They have a 2 or 3 cd issue or their dvd issue that comes with massive
ammounts of free software and game demos. It's a great mag I've been
getting for the past few years... Check it!

At work, it's my job to recommend GMR magazine

As far as console gaming goes, EGM is my magazine of choice. For PC gaming, PC Gamer is the best I've read.

I used to LOVE PC GAMER. I had it back in 1996-1999, when it was good. I haven't seen one since 2000. Actually come to think of it I threw out all of those old mags (3 years worth) just a couple months ago.

I used to swear by PC Gamer too "back in the day"...but my favorite PC Game mag is now Blue's News and GameCopyWorld.

Between those two, it really gives me pretty much everything I need. For anything those two miss, Google has got the rest covered.

I think magazines are just too slow with the news....they just can't compete anymore.
