Anyone having this prob with Unreal 2?

Whenever I switch weapons in game I get thrown out to the desktop with a main loop error. If I don't switch weapons I can play it fine-atleast 'till I run out of ammo. It's pretty weird; anyone got any ideas?

Do you have eax enabled? Could it be a goofy sound glitch? (It's the first I've heard of the problem)

Yeah, I never use EAX. This suxs I can't play it, I was gettin into it too

It has never worked but I have made it all the way to where you meet up with the marines at the crash site. Don't know if I wanna keep going just by using the machine gun; it's gettin boring.

Oops, I figured it out; I had to drop my mem timings to 7/2/2/2 and all probs are gone

My only prob with Unreal 2 is that sometimes it freezes during the game....

yeah, this game sux. Waht I did above didn't help either and now I can't even see the weapons on screen after updating it with that EAX patch. Big letdown from epic

mine is it won't start without the cracked exe... yes it's a retial version =p

kiddin.....this game is cool man.....and it doesn't has as many bugs as many of the games out there right now
