Where is the heck of the Rain or weather in NFS Carbon?

I haven't seen anyrain or weather in Carbon game? By the way I'm 95%

I've seen rain few times... It's just a graphical annoyance that gives you a hit on your FPS. I turned it off eventually. Not because my FPS suffered, it was annoying... It didn't change any gameplay: Usually when it rains, roads turn slippery. But it didn't happen in Carbon. So theres nothing you've missed...

I find it rains a lot if you are doing VERY well. Its like they decided to only turn it on if you are so far ahead of the pack and your wingman that they made that, the next level of difficulty. There is an option to turn it off in the menu and you might want to check that you didn't inadvertently turn it off. I didn't notice a dip at all with the rain on my rig.
