Americas Army Operations Error

I have updated this game to the latest version (1.6) however when ever I try loading up the game I get a critical error with this information.

No Label

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD PentiumPro-class processor @ 1743 MHz with 639MB RAM
Video: RADEON 8500 SERIES (6307)

General protection fault!

History: CheckTag <- ULinkerLoad::ULinkerLoad <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

Anyone have any ideas why?

Did you install the update ie 1.5 to 1.6 or full intall 1.6?
I heard you should do the full as it is using quite a revamped engine.

yea i updated it 1.5 to 1.6 patch by patch. I'll try downloading the whole thing as version 1.6. Thanks.

I tried installing the full 1.6 download....still have the same problem.
