GTA always came on a delay due to the PS2 exclusivity, this is no longer the case so it would be cool to see a PC version sooner rather than a year later. Those graphics could easily be ported to a PC.

Actualy only since GTA 3 has GTA first arrive in the PS2. All previous first on PC.

The graphics look cool. A bit better than Saints Row. I hope they have taken some good things from SR.

The trailer was more like a teaser. But I prefer it when the city is much brighter than that I don't like it when it's too dark like GTA3 was, just that GTA Vice City hadn't come out so I had nothing else to compare it to. I think GTA 4 is gonna be cool maybe and maybe not as cool as the other GTAs but like someone here said maybe its the whole state inside it.

saints row was an awesome game, i loved it...but have you seen it lately? my daughter plays the game even to this day and it looks dated compared to the GTA IV trailers visuals.....

cant wait for GTA IV..been a fan of the series since day one

I sorta dislike that Liberty City is now New York (at least it looks very similar) but apart from that, might be cool.

To be honest, I was fedup of the GTA games after the 3 because vice city and andreas weren't anything special... Just a new level with new objectives (sorta expansion feel). Hoepfully this will rock my sox off

definatly more of a teaser than a trailer, but its got awhile before it comes out. i hope the controls are less clunky feeling and everytime you jump its not like doing the hurdles in a race!

oh dear god no. One of the most enjoyable game series ever, the last one (san andreas) is in my top 5 games of all time, so much in it. im a sucker for a rockstar game, from 360 table tennis to manhunt, i have played them all to death.

Liberty city was always based on new york and the lovely thing about GTA is the stupid things that happen when you're playing not really the game itself, it's just that stupid things happen all the time around every corner lies an adventure and a laugh you'll probably always never forget. The hurdle jumping thing too is part of it all in an attempt to make the dude look stupid I mean remember the mute???

People without a sense of humour usually don't find GTA interesting.

I don't deny that GTA III was a great concept. It threw in all of these ideas into one game, the first 3D sandbox game for consoles. I loved it. But it wore out, I mean great concepts are on thing but bad execution is another. I mean the driving physics were brutal, the shooting lock on was terrible, the graphics were terrible. It was a good game for its time time sure but it is highly overrated. Alot of good ideas with poor execution.

I'll take a linear game like MGS anyday over GTA, but you know what they say, the are intriged by the sound of the drum. Its like calling Titanic the best movie of all time. Its clearly not.

Liberty City was based on New York, it wasn't actually exactly like it

And I loved GTA3 and it's easily in my top20 games of all time but the sequels were just expansions to me... Nothing new.

My favourite is easily Vice City. I have mostly fond memories from the 80s, and I am one of the few that during the 90s (and today) still loved the music and the films of the decade, without feeling ashamed to admit it.
I can't count the times I would just load the game (still installed) take a car a drive slowly, watching the neon lights, listening to the great music...the whole game is an experience.
