Quake IV won't install
yea, i get some error as soon as i hit the "install" button. screeny below with the error message.

Maybe this would help - download msvcr80.dll:

Copy it to the system32 folder and run the installation again.

i'm getting a new error now that i've applied that file you've linked me to. after clicking "OK", i'll still get the original error.



oh, and i'm on XP sp2, not Vista.
