popkart translation???

was looking for any translations OR setup guides for the tiancity popkart game (nexon chinese server) there used to be a ton of them but i can't seem to find any. i was playing the beta version of it on the U.S. client server but theres no news on when they are opening the game up and it's been on lock out since the beginning of this month.l
