Searching for good Stat tool for CS

Guys i need tool thet will creat stat page and will enable to open server that will enable people to conect to my IP and see the server stats.
Is there a good tool to creat stat page and toll to create web server for users from my server to see the stat page
Will love to see some help replys

Pshygostats is a good one, works with IIS and MySQL

Well IIS and PWS Don't work on my XP Pro don't know why
