SimCity 4 Deluxe

Hello All,
I have a problem with SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition. It will start, and when I am just starting a game, the whole game will just close on me as if I clicked quit and will return to the desktop. No error message or anything. Then when I start the game again, it will start normally and do the same when I start another game again. Does anyone know why?

Is your game updated to the latest version ??

Also, give some information regarding your system, including what OS you are using.

No I haven't updated it yet, didn't think of that. I'm running Windows XP SP2. I have duel processors so my comp. can run it.
