Error Ox80004005

I had this error after downloading the Crysis demo.

It has also just popped up when I tried to install "Company of Heroes opposing fronts" on my Vista pc, (which had the previous COH game already installed.) What does it mean? I have an 8800 graphics card and an excellent PSU.

Sound card driver issue?? On board audio??? Update some drivers before this all happened?

Yes, it seems to be an audio related issue. Make sure you update your soundcard drivers.
