OK....

Has anyone been able to play the mission where the nuclear blast happens and Sgt. Jackson ends up getting KIA? Is there anyway to play this mission where he DOESN'T end up KIA?

considering in the trailers to the game, it say not every one you play as survives, i would say no.

I finished the game last night. I really liked it, but I was expecting better graphics with more maps. The map in the demo and a few more maps have great graphics, though.

It was really an upset that Jackson had to die after that nuclear blast! Also I hated that SSGt. Griggs seems to have died at the end.

Great game, though, and well worth playing!!

No, its all for the drama. Well done IMO.

Remember, the whole basis of the series is that "you're one man in the war, expendable like the rest", sort of thing.

I don't really think this can be considered a mission. It's comparable with the movie when you look through the eyes of that general. Not much you can do, whatever you do, you'll die...
