CS:S server hosts?

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good host? I used moreal.org for a month but there support system is horrid, 3+ days to get a response to upgrade my server then they respond to me so i answer back and then 2 more days of waiting. Counterstrike.com was good support but the server was very laggy and bad shot reg. I am trying art of war now i hope they are good but does anyone have a really good host recomendation? I need a chicago server minimum 500fps boosted, private, 12man.
