Mass Effect Ported POS crashing

Alright, this is Bugging the crap out of me. I swear I want to break bioware's face in.

If you don't know already there is a huge problem with a hell of a lot of people and mass effect pc (mainly for XP).

Basically the game runs for 5 mins then crashes your PC.

There has not been an answer to it yet or even a response from bioware about the issue.
