Those Funny Sound Clips...
does anybody know the name of the program thats used to transmit sound clips over voice chat? ive heard plenty of guys use them during games, i imagine its a little window with buttons you click to play a sound. you know, quotes and stuff like "i pity the foo" or "welcome to the brooaaddcaast"
been lookin all over the web and i cant find anything like it.
