Problem with GSA

I don't know if it is a coincidence or not, but after installing Test Drive Unlimited, I can't make Gamespy Arcade to work properly. I run it once and got the login wizard, which I shouldn't since I have GSA installed for ages and use it every day to play Renegade.
I followed the steps and I authorised myself but when I click Login then it gets an error and suggestion to reinstall GSA!

I did and even redownloaded the setup and same problem remains.

Suggestions?

EDIT: apparently the problem is just with one of my login names, the others allow GSA to login properly...the only problem is the login name that has the problem is the one I use 99% of the time.
