I don't see why not, his specs are far from impressive. A 9800+GTX and an overclocked Core2duo? I couldn't tell what resolution he was at but it looked really nice in the video.

I've tried tweaked cfgs for Crysis and Warhead and even then it never looked close to that good.

I played the game at full details dx 10. Impressive, but I still say Far Cry 2 looks better.
