What about a twist on guitar hero and rock band?
WHere you could write your own stuff with tutorial's and wizard's if you wanted or rewrite song's that you know and love to customize them?

If you're anything like me you can't. My hand cramps everytime I pick up a guitar. Plus you don't have to tune a virtual guitar!!

Mine must be worse then cause my hand's mutate out of position! Sreiously. It's like I lose the strength in them to keep them straight on the strings.

i haven't played it yet. i am getting a 360, but for guitar hero. i know if you can virtua a guitar you still can't play, it takes a lot more frustration to put out good tunes before you can even think of mastgering a line of baby chords.
