I hope it lives up to the hype but imagine the system specs for Crysis 2
Minimum Requirments :
Vista/7 fully updated
2.4 Quad-core CPU
4 GB system ram
Full DX10 , PS 4.0 video card with minimum video memory of 1GB
DX9 compatible sound card.
Disclaimer : these hardware set should be able to run the game at 1280x1024 at the lowest setting with a minimum of 10 FPS.



Recommended requirements :
I7 965EE @ 4.6 ( you may use dual I7 system to get extra 5 FPS)
8 GB DDR3 RAM or more (+ 1600 bus speed preferred )
Full DX11 , P.S 5.0 supported video card with + 2GB vram
DX 10 compatible sound card.

Note : recommended requirements are updated whenever better hardware is manufactured in the next 5 years

I've just opened Gamespot and noticed they've opened it for developers
Crysis 2 engine released to other developers - News at GameSpot
