If Valve sell, they are idiots.
Unless of course they want to retire young.

I don't think they will sell, Half life IP alone is worth more then any deal.

Given the fact that Valve has a revenue that is 5x higher than Zenimax, I think that I'll put this into "extremely unlikely" category.

EDIT: I have just read that even though they have a revenue of 14.5 mil $, they managed to buy id Software for 305 mil $ (I didn't know about this acquisition), so it may be possible after all (don't know where they get their money from). Though I would hate it if it is true.
