How is the difficulty , AI and the weapons ?

I guess you are talking about single player.
The difficulty feels ok at Normal. Not difficult enough to be nervous while playing, not easy enough to charge without fear. I haven't tried other difficulty setting yet.
The AI feels ok. Some good evasive movements etc. Acceptable.
The weapons feel great to use. I haven't operated any of them but the Thompson Submachine gun in real life (at least from the weapons I have seen so far in the game), and they feel, perhaps not realistic, but not too arcade either. Of course this isn't a simulation, so what matters is, they feel fun to use.
The game world is really well done, both in graphics and sound. You enjoy being there lol. I am going to play some more after I finish with this post.

Online is fine, just make sure you let the game download the patch and that you download the latest pb setup directly from the pb site.
There are many servers available, and with my search settings I get many many of them lol. As for ping, not surprising I don't find anything under 40, some near 50, plenty near 60, etc. That is with 32 players and servers in UK and Germany so far I have tried. Very very good IMO.
I have also played in server where the ping reached mid 100s, on average it was ok, no real problem.

I don't know, but not too bad? I am not that far away from you.
Something about the weapons, the Anti tank weapons are all nerfed. It's a gameplay decision of course, but just so you know.
