Why didn't anyone of you tell me that Anna Torv was the voice behind the main character?
I just found out about it and I have to find the money to buy the game ASAP.
Damn it.

Yes, but a word of warning: it's a button masher (or button basher as my friend likes to call it). 'Course, he, like me, aren't combo friendly players.

Of note, why hasn't the used price of this game come down? This game is now 2.5 years old, and the price, at least at my local EB, is still above $49.99 Canadian. Like.. WTF? This is (if I remember correctly) a double platinum game (it sold a million copies by 2008, a year after being released). I want this game too, but I'm not paying that much for it.

Here I find it at about 19 euros or 24 euros for the "platinum" release, which as far as I know are the same.
I don't like button basher games that much, but, I do like Anna. I like her a lot. So I have no choice. I have to buy this game sooner or later.

I didn't even know there were Anna Torv fans out there. She's good on Fringe but she's also miscast. I've only played the Heavenly Sword demo and I didn't like it. Beautiful graphics though. Not much of a God of War fan either so take my view with a grain of salt

best buy has it for 39.99 CAD and futureshop has it listed as 59.99, so you can price match it at futureshop and get it for 37.99. Though I admit for a 3 year old game that is too much.

Seriously guys? Ok, I'm a huge fan of Fringe and never missed an episode but she's just got so little personality and charisma which is why I think she's miscast. All the other actors around her steal the show on a regular basis and she's just there. Anyway, I'm surprised that she did the voice work on Heavenly Sword but I guess I didn't notice in the demo since it was all button mashing and flailing about


PS She's not in the Babe Thread either so that proves she's not all that

I am going to try the demo for it later. I watched a couple of videos and even heard her beautiful voice in them. Man...this is not right.

Anyway, the game looks good for what it is and good entertainment value for the price asked. I hope I will get it over the next 60 days.
