I got my key from gamespot and it the game looks promising although it is different form the classic command and conquer games. Anyone playing it here ?

Yeah , I read it will require constant internet connection like AC II and no lan support . This is stupid as there is always some way around.
About the beta , you take part in a multiplayer game 2 v2 , 3v3 , 4v4 or 5v5 as NOD or GDI and the team which gathers more tibirum wins , you've got experience point and rank. This like a mix between RPG and RTS. I have a mixed feeling about it . Need to play more.

My impressions so far are great. The MP heavily depends on teamwork , as there are , offence , defense and support crawlers . Each one can built its own units that can do the gob but there are some common units between all crawlers like the engineer.
So After playing near 20 matches now , I must say that the game becomes interesting and engaging if your team knows what to do and more importantly the two teams are balanced as I said your rank goes between 1-20 in this beta (maight get increased in the final game), each higher rank unlocks more advanced units and abilities to use in the battle. So If your teammates average range say 5 and your enemies are 15 , you are screwed . That's why this game will be awesome If you have a regular teammates and friends to play with as I said the unbalance will ruin the game.

I don't know about Warhammer but in this one you can choose between auto matchmaking after selecting which side you would like to play with Nod or GDI or just join manually , you will see a list of current hosted games or you can host one yourself , you can see the number of players in each side and the map. Sorry , I can't post pics because of NDA .

There are so many thing's to say about this game...
Some may (me included) that this is not really a C&C per se, besides the names: GDI, NOD and Kane. But I'll just skip that part... there's so much about it already on the C&C 4 forum.

I played around 30 games, 1v1... 2v2... etc. it dissapointed me, it's really fun but the ONLY game mode should had been a secondary mode.

How does the single player campaign it's gonna be?, yes you can go on cooperative but you will have to battle against the AI doing the same as in the multiplayer again and again?, spamming different units mission by mission having new units to spam?

The textures, the units, the maps, there's so many thing's missing. The reason for this obviously it's the scheduled time to launch this game. EALA it's gonna be dissolved so you won't really can expect more than 2-4 patched to fix bug's and probably do some nasty DLC but that's it, I certaintly hoped to see an EPIC ending for Command and Conquer Tiberium saga but besides the live action videos there's no reason to buy it... nor even play it.

I will wait a month after release and then search for the videos. The game sounds like a disaster because of...everything going on with it, from gameplay to drm.

With everything done wrong in the game I doubt there would be a reason to care about the DRM...
