Well let start with the problem with GOW2 and there was issues that i discover that microsoft Nerve knew so what they gave me.............?

i pick out something that i thought is was cool but looking back "i regretted" even picking it because is was a worthless garbage that will dies every 6 month and is was called the

"wireless entertainment desktop 8000" retail for $299

and i have countless failures and what about technical support you ask well is " microsoft " look how many customer got bend over by the failures of the 360 that is what i was receiving so after dealing with there BS and 4 of them dying i sent an NEGATIVE e-mail to them and i let them know this is not how to treat a customer and what they did to me "we not helping you anymore and were banning you"

just because i bad mouth the customer service and technician "i never curse" so what let them banned me i still got my health and LOGITECH is the BEST !

I just was feed up with there BS and LIES from there customer service to there non excision technical support i just let them know in a e-mail what they can do with them self !

and then i got a e-mail from them saying more lies and so-cal half truth and they told me "were not going to sell or assist you on any product we sell" so hence they banned me

anyway logitech make a better product at lease they stand by it !
