my question was about these two headphone, according to their own experiences that I recommend any of the two.
I want to play FPS. CS style or Call of Duty.
I listen as if you were in there, style 7.1 or better.
I know the siberia q has a sound card usb 7.1. is good
but I have a sound card Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium (if any better let me know)
I think it is better q q q brings the USB SteelSeries, and there I should buy more
a PC 360.
nose the truth.
I want to invest in the best sound quality for play.

if someone tells me which is better?, please get me out of doubt.

If you want to use your xi-fi then get the headphones without the usb audio chipset.

Also worth pointing out that the PC 360 are 2.0 (stereo), not 7.1/5.1

because the Sennheiser PC 360 is 3D positioning. but that's still 2.0 does not?

stereo headphones can be excellent if your soundcard supports positional audio.

Its very much down to personal preference. The PC 360 offer exceptional clarity in a 2.0 headset. They really are superb quality. They dont however do positional 3D, you could use your X-Fi to attempt positional 3D effects in software but essentially thats not what the PC 360 is designed for.

I havent used the Siberia personally but having checked the specs just now it seems that headset would give you the same virtual effect as it is a stereo headset also.

Which one is better would come down to who has the best virtual 3D tech, Creative or SteelSeries.

I cant recommend the Siberia as I havent used it. I can say though that the PC 360 is a fantastic headset... the best stereo one I have used.

They are all good, the question is are you looking for a pair of headphones which has 5+ drivers or are you ok with good software 3D audio. Your Xi-Fi, depending on the model, has very good, so you are better off with getting a good stereo headphone and using 3D emulation for the sound.
So, which xi-fi exactly do you have?
If you absolutely demand a pair which has 5+ drivers, then you will not be satisfied with either of those mentioned since they are all 2 audio drivers sets pretending to be something more.

The only headset I can remember right now which has more drivers, is the discontinued Razer Barracuda AC-1/HP-1, excellent audio quality but it's a hit or miss if you get one if it will work properly all the time or not. I had one, it was excellent, but later on had issues. Still, if you can find one at good price, I highly recommend it for the positional audio alone.


In general though, you are getting a much better deal if you rely on software to create the emulation of 3D audio through a good pair of stereo headphones.

Personal favourite, AKG brand, although my current Razer Carcharias are tough to beat on their price to performance ratio.

i have Sound Card Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium.
i need headphone for gaming, nothing else.

I never had a headphone, is my first purchase.
I am looking for a good headphone or better.

You should be fine with a non USB headphone.

As I said, I would recomment good AKG headphones over almost any other because I prefer the sound. If you get the PC360 you should be very satisfied. The same with the Siberia V2, but in that case you will not use your xi-fi for the sound, and that is a shame.

Another good gaming set is the one I use and mentioned, the Razer Carcharias.
