I've been playing the demo of this game and it is a lot of fun, the demo is multiplayer and in it you get the mash up (when you unlock it) where you get points for damaging cars which I haven't tried yet, Skirmish racing; racing for 8 people with power ups and Powered up racing, extreme skirmish racing for up to 20 people. Man there's nothing like driving right next to some just as he gets taken out, or taking someone out yourself with a projectile power up when they're in front of you. I think this game may be worth the $60 they're charging for it. Although since I just bought Afro Samurai I think I may get it when its priced cheaper.

Blur is a very good arcade racer. Thanks to BlueMak for the heads up on this one.

You are welcome. Too bad they didn't release the demo before the release of the game. It is a very good effort and well worth your time, but the way they tried to promote it was horrible.
If you have a PS3, try the demo. I was against this game till I played the demo.

I don't know if there is even a PC or 360 demo yet. There is a PS3 demo. Oh, and if you reach level 5 (about 15 races or so) you automatically take part in the competition for a BMW. (if your country is in the list)

First of all, I'm not in Europe so it wouldn't happen anyways.

Second, I dislike the cars.

Third, I would have to pay taxes on the winnings before claiming the car, I don't have that kind of money.

AND after selling the car, pay taxes on that "income". If the sales price was high enough it would raise my tax bracket and I would have to pay a higher percentage then I do now in the year that follows.



So, no thank you, I'd rather not win a BMW.....
