Relaxing games
I thought about talking a bit about a game, but this title will allow more people to share their favourite games that make them feel relaxed.
I got it earlier today and already spent about 4 hours on it. Addictive but above all relaxing and not once did I feel anxious or anything like that.
The game I am talking about is Tropico 3 (I got it from D2D-on sale till tomorrow for 6) which in my view is far better, although similar, to the first one.

The music, the setting and what feels like more automations, make it a joy to play strategically without worrying about stuff.

I'm not sure about relaxing but a game of CoD or Unreal Tournament helps me blow off steam when i'm pissed off. Otherwise it's Chess and Solitaire

I find guitar games to be relaxing. If I ever can't sleep I'll get up and play GH3 on hard (play on expert regularly) and I enjoy myself while getting sleepy.

Audiosurf was definitely relaxing, remember playing many nights in that game. Very very relaxing once you had mastered it.

Oh.. the original Settlers and Lemmings were/are relaxing games. I still fire up my Amiga just to play Settlers now and then. I can waste many hours with that!
