The chances are better, but, between you and me, I doubt it. Not impossible though.

Given the mess that was GTA IV PC I doubt RDR will be coming anytime soon.

That said, it was a year and a half before GTA IV came to PC, so you never know. We could see RDR on PC by years end 2011.
