Big a$$ note: This free offer is for anyone that bought DA2, regardless of the system (PC or console), and runs until 1min before midnight PDT, April 30th, 2011. For more on this, as well as instructions, check out Bioware's page HERE (download is via EA's Download Manager). The only thing not mentioned is whether or not you can give away the key to someone else (as in my case I already own the PC version of ME2).

1) Does my copy of Mass Effect 2 include the Cerberus Network content?

Cerberus Network is included and will be entitled to the account used to redeem your Dragon Age II Online Pass. This includes Zaeed - The Price of Revenge, Cerberus Weapon and Armor, Normandy Crash Site, Cerberus Arc Projector, and Firewalker Pack. Visit the offer page to download the necessary files.

2) Do I still get a Mass Effect 2 PC copy if I bought Dragon Age II on my console (Xbox 360 or Playstation 3)?

Yes you do. Everyone who purchased a new copy of Dragon Age II, no matter what system they purchased Dragon Age II for, is still eligible for a PC copy of Mass Effect 2.

You're wrong about Cerberus being included. Unless I'm doing something wrong. I registered Mass Effect 2 on the same account that I registered Dragon Age 2 on. And I don't have access to Cerberus.

To clarify: those were their words, not mine, as that was a copy/paste from their site. Originally Cerberus was stated as not being included, but this was not the case. In any case, if you read carefully the post states:

"...runs until 1min before midnight PDT, April 30th, 2011."

That means the deal ended a month ago, so the fact that you were even able to get your free copy of ME2 still is surprise. Congrats on that.
