inFamous 2 EB/Gamestop Pre-Order Code Giveaway

I picked up the Hero Edition of inFamous 2 the other day, and got the pre-order code to go along with it. Thing is that all the individual exclusives that each company were offering (those being Amazon with the 24k Amp, EB/Gamestop with the Lightning Hook, Best Buy with the Kessler skin, and Wallmart with the Electrocution Grenade) are ALL within the Hero Edition.

So.. here's the deal. Starting now and ending (edited) Saturday the 18th @ 12pm EST (my time) the first person to guess or is the closest to the number I've chosen between 1 and 100 gets the EB/Gamestop (not so) Exclusive Lightning Hook Power. If more than one person guesses the number, or is within the same range of the number I'll be pairing you up and tossing a coin (or something) until I dwindle you peeps down to a single winner.

The catches:
- only 1 entry per person (that should be obvious)
- you must have a post count higher than 5
- even if you have more than 5 posts you have to have been a member longer than 2 days (that way I know you didn't just create the account today, and were spamming in order to qualify)
- as far as I know this code should work regardless of region, but I can't be sure on this, so no promises
- any entries after Saturday 12pm EST will not qualify, even if they are closer, or are spot on. Closing date/time is what it is. Sorry.
- other than the exceptions listed above this is open to all members, including moderators
- for privacy reasons code will be sent via the forums PM system

Oh.. and since I won't be using it there's also the Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta code to go along with this.

Almost a whole day, 144 views, and not one answer? Wow. I'll have to chalk it up to it being the weekend.

So in that case I'm going to extend this contest for a week. New deadline is Saturday the 18th @ 12pm. That should give new people time to create an account, and get posting in order to qualify as well as get the weekenders a chance too.

For which region? That's quite important when it's DLC

I'm in Canada, so I would assume North America. As I mentioned this should work in other regions, but I can't say that with 100% certainty. However when you look up the "pre-order" lists they don't mention anything about other regions, just what each company is giving. I've gotten codes from friends in the UK and AU that have worked, such as the Red Dead Redemption codes, but also codes that don't, such as the Enslaved one, so it's a crap shoot. If it works for the UK members, great, if not, well, then I guess all I can ask is to let people know here, and return the favour by giving away the code to a member that can use it.

@Shibby513, just to be on the safe side you might want to remove your email address. When I do choose the winner I'll be sending the code via the forums PM system.

If the DLC is unlocked via the PSN store or using the psn store ingame, it's bound to a specific BLES code, which in your case would be the Region 1 (NTSC-U) version of Infamous 2.

If it's unlocked from a custom unlock menu, in the game, it should be for all regions yes

Getting my Hero Edition in a couple of days, a weekend and bank holiday Monday delays it a bit
