Saints Row: The Third

I really liked GTA San Andreas, and was kinda disappointed by GTA IV. However, I just watched this, and although I've not played a Saints Row before, it looks like exactly what I wanted from the GTA series.

What with this and Skyrim coming out in November, my Christmas holiday is gunna be pretty busy.

Discuss! :P

If you get a console, try the two first games too. I consider them far more fun than anything GTA of recent years.

I have a PS2 and a Sega Saturn (the PS2 is used as a DVD player in my parents' living room, the Saturn is in the loft). I don't have an Xbox of any kind, however, or even a TV. That explains why I've not come accross the first Saints Row (which was apparently Xbox only), but the second game did launch on Windows in 2009, so I'm not sure how I've managed to not play it. I may well look into getting hold of it during my summer break.

You could do that, I just hope they have fixed the PC version which apparently had a ton of issues.
